CBRD? Guess I will never know

Service?

15 days ago today I sent an email with my build plans. Im a serious customer trying to get a qoute for my build. I laid it out 100% and asked for qoutes on the 3 things to be done. That was 15 days ago and 3 reminders later, no qoute means no business for you. I kept hearing great things and got referred to your shop by one of the best in the business(too far away). What a shame....

If it takes that long for a qoute....hmmm. Am I wrong?

Yeah me too. Sent a PM about a week and a half ago. But you really need to call. If you call I am sure they will take the time to go through the stuff with you. When it gets closer to my build I plan to just do that.

Chad (CBRD) has always said he prefers to talk and discuss plans with his customers over the phone. Give that a try instead.

I'll look into it for you. They have issues with PM on occasions, rarely have issues with email. It's worth it to give them a shot. I'm not sure what the deal is with them not getting back to you.

They are actually difficult to get ahold of on the phone. If you call make sure you leave a message with a number for them to call you back at

Im not that good on the phone when it comes to remembering everything I want to say. The PM was the best way to explain everything & its written so he can refer back to it for the qoutes. Maybe they dont need the business? IDK
Oh, tried calling, they dont pick up the phone.

Try contacting Caleb as he has taken up a great deal of the responsibilities on sales/parts, etc. He is usually much easier to get a hold of and his customer service is top notch

hardly. It sounds like a mixup in communication on their part to me. They very much want your business. Try PMing or emailing Caleb.

I dont see what difference the email will make. Chad is on here all the time posting about the BBK and other stuff. He responded after the first reminder said things were hectic. The 2nd reminder just went unanswered. This has me rethinking
