that is very poor customer service
i have to admit their customer services is SERIOUSLY lacking
. I too made a order to them on the 22nd of November 2011. I had the same problem as everyone else here, lies,excuses and no replies it is nothing new
. However on the june the 25th i received an email from the port in barbados saying that a box from accolade was here for me so after 7 my evo6 bonnet and front bumper are at me 
and barbados is in the caribbean on the next side of the world from sri lanka and probably unheard of so i guess it is abit of a gamble, a waiting game and luck with prayers too

i must be the only person that, despite all the bad reviews, took my chances and bought a few things from ACCOLADE anyway...and i had absolutely no problems with them. i bought from them on 2 separate occasions. i purchased the EVO VIII-style hood, and later purchased their EVO VIII-style sideskirts and front/rear bumper. both times it took about 4 weeks to get to me, but i was okay with that, since i knew it was coming from asia. the email communication with "chris peterson" was fine. i experienced nothing like what the OP had dealt with. their parts were very reasonably priced and the shipping charges were never more than $300.
maybe i got lucky, i donno. i mean, this was back in 2005 so maybe they did stuff differently back then. i honestly thought they were outta business at this point, i'm surprised to see they're still around.
