Shipping error = excellent costumer service, discount and apology. Great to read a vendor doing the right thing, kudos FP.

Add in the fact that they ate $200 in overnight shipping to fix the problem. Wow. Blown away by FP's handling of this. Kudos.

Actually because the turbo had to go to Canada and come back, we've spent a hair over $500.

I didn't want to bring it up because it wasn't relevant and would just to toot our own horn.

This customer service is great to see. And the response on the forum no less. When it comes my turn for a new turbo ill just pick it up in person. I'm lucky to have FP so close to me geographically.
