Please people be WARNED!! this place Performance Race Solutions, sanford, Fl. I gave them my car in January and wanted a full build but do to mis communication from them I only had my motor fully build top to bottom. In late May they told me if I gave them the full amount I owe it would have been done in 2 weeks max, but I did not even get the car back by late june almost 5 weeks later and it was not done properly when i receive it. Not even a week the injectors pop off while driving in the hiqh-way and almost kill me, my wife and sister in the car. I called them up and they said it was because they did not put injector clips on because they didn't have time to get them.WOW!! They really don't care about other safety on the road and the customers themselves. They did not fix the problem but told me to just check the injectors and push them down each time I drive until I put some miles on the motor and than it gets a tune. Not even couple days later that the oil pump did not work so the car was not getting oil through the motor that what they said when i sent it back to them. when I got stuck on the road again and car shut down and lock up while I was Driving. I was so mad and furious because not even 1200 miles was driven in the car its already broken down with a new motor inside. This place was suppose to be professional but all I see are amateurs. The oil pump is brand new and I have proof of the work they did to my car. They have my car since july and now it almost september. They keep on lying to me the progress of my car and never give me updates. They promise to call and update me in a specific date and never call back after weeks pass. I will post online the sign paper that says it will be done on this day and time and will be pick up by me at 6pm. when i got there at 6 they said it was not done and they told me it will only take an hour, they made me wait till 10 and told me at that time it will not be done at this time. This place have given me more problems in life. They don't care about customers cars because i know for a fact they are driving customer car home i recorded them. I will sue this company and have talk to a lawyer already..I just want to warn people not to go to this place. I never seen so unprofessionalism in my entire life and lack of respect to customers. They don't know how to prioritize.

 

We apologize, there is always 3 sides to every situation. In the case of this car, we warranty our work, and it was worked on with no cost to the customer 110%. There was a deadline of 6pm, which was set back from installing the injectors,insisted upon by the vehicle owner, bought by the vehicle owner that were not suitable for the vehicle. Therefore delaying our deadline for that day. In which case, PRS wrote a check to cover the inconvenience of the missed deadline, and the customer was given one of PRS employee personal vehicles to drive. The customers car was delivered to him shortly afterwards, in perfect driving condition. We will not comment further on this matter.

 

My car was delivered 2 days later when It was suppose to be done that day and delivered it to my house. I don't think the my car was delivered shortly afterwards when in it takes 2 days later, and which I had to drive half way to meet the manager in PRS to get my car. I ask for my documents for the work done to the car and still to this day, they have not given me anything. They return my car and told me it was all good but when I started driving it home the car started having loud winding noise coming from the engine. When I made a turn on a corner going home that day my car died again on a corner in which the steering wheel lock up on me, and almost got into accident. That was on sunday afternoon. I texted the owner/mechanic twice that night and still no text till tuesday afternoon, he stating the manager will call me back. 2 days later I had to get of hold of them and they were very annoyed that I called back. If they just did the car right the first time this would never happen. The manager scream in my ear when I was clearly talking politely and he had no respect for his customer. The manager even told me I am not allowed to post my opinion online in this forum. Last time I check we are in America. If I was the owner i would fire the manger who talk to people like that. They have no sense of respect for others. He hang up the phone on me when I was trying to tell him that it not right for them to give me back a car that is not working properly when I did my part and payed them. They took parts of my car that it was not given back to me. I have it wrote down in piece of paper and sign by PRS themselves but still they did not give any of those parts missing from my car. They are liars and that what they are. I made a video of my car given to me on sunday and you can judge for yourselves. If they think giving car back to a owner with low fluids,empty gas tank, loud winding noises from the engine, and hose line that are not connected is ok to do, then clearly they should not work on cars. No wonder my car is not working properly. They had 2 months to fix the car and they are making excuses. People are not stupid they know when shops are trying to fool people and trying to take peoples money. I'am sick in tired of people treating customer like this and I hope who ever is reading this think twice before you go to Performance Race Solution Sanford.

 

Ay, same sh*t different shop. Welcome to the tuner aftermarket lol. Several things are certain - 1 - if it's done on time it's not going to be right, 2 - if it's done right it'll never be done on time or the first time, and 3 - if said shop has bigger customers or does their own racing it won't be done right OR on time, because in reality the business is just to fund their own interests, everything else is half-***, even if your "friends" with them. Same goes for everything really, pay them to do the heavy lifting, then fix the rest yourself.
