CBRD...the wait continues
Hello ladies & gents. I've tried to remain patient and understanding with Chad and CBRD but I have had it with waiting. People need to know the truth.
December 6th- I had sent them a stock turbo to be converted to their bbk full. Was told process takes a week.
December 12th- Turbo arrives at CBRD.
December 21st- Told the shop working on turbo is closed during holidays and will be worked on after the holidays.
January 8th- Was told that the turbo got ok'd for being upgraded and work was supposed to begin then.
January 20th- Turbo received. As a "We're sorry for taking so long", Chad offered some $ and I paid an additional $85 to buy all new hardware; nuts, bolts, gaskets, banjo bolts...etc.
January 29th- Package received; missing bolts and other items that I had asked for/purchased.
January 30th- Chad said he'd order the parts and have them sent out to me.
March 21st- Still nothing.
I have to send 3 or more emails to get a response, I've left messages for them on all the lines that they have expecting a phonecall back; and still nothing. WTF is going on Chad? Hire a damn receptionist or customer service rep if this is too much to handle. All this talk about customers being #1, yet there are lots of us who continue to be burned by your horrendous customer service.

Abdullah- I dont have a SINGLE voicemail from you on either our sales or service extensions-
that being said- we do owe you some parts-
there are some other factors here- we dont include oil return tubes with the turbos EVER- and its not considered part of the install kit-
fact/resolution remains- we will be forwarding the parts to you- no charge- with a tshirt etc--
we ARE behind- we had a change of personnel- and its backlogged us-
We apologize- take accountability- and will get the parts to you as soon as possible.
cheers

Chad, voice mails were left months ago when I was inquiring about rebuilding the turbo/waiting on the work on the turbo to be done and realized that leaving new ones were pointless to the current situation (I should've clarified that, so my apologies for that).
As I had told you via email several times, if you have an oil return tube it'd be appreciated to include it, if not, please do not delay shipping the other pieces.
I understand that hardware such as the oil return tube is never considered part of the install kit, but I had specifically asked for EVERYTHING necessary for installing the turbo, and paid extra $ for it; but this isn't necessarily useful for speeding up the process.
I don't want a t-shirt or stickers, I just want the parts so I can assemble my car.

we will forward what you need-
when you ask us "what is neccessary to install the turbo" on a car that had a BBK before- or even an 8-
at most its- evo ix coolant pipes, and turbo outlet- we rarely ever supply the rest-
but in your case- we will do so- as we did drop the ball-
