Hey, Evoscan!

What's up? Why don't you ever answer customers?

Your Facebook is abandoned.

Your website is largely broken.

Your FAQ/support references parts of your site that don't exist.

Your forums are shut down.

You don't reply to trouble tickets.

I paid hundreds of dollars for one of your tablets and cables, and no one can take the time to say if it's shipped, or even be bothered to respond to inquiry. Now the website description changed completely.

Can you please explain to me, and many, many more, why you don't respond to customers? Do you want to be in business anymore, or is this just kind of a hobby you are getting bored of that we are all funding?

Looks like it just an idea we fund with our money, none of the product actually existed.

had to file a Paypal claim.

The shipment of Evodroid7's going on April 15th? Yeah, they didn't go. He didn't even have them. At all. They were never going because they didn't (and still don't) exist. Can't even bother to respond to an email, trouble ticket, or anything, to let me know that part I ordered and was told shipped April 15th did not even exist and would not even exist.

I'm glad I was barely within my 45 day paypal claims window, or I would have been 100% screwed.

PS- they are banned from Kickstarter, too, for good reason. Unless you have the product in your hand, best not to send any money.

You are in latest Batch #6 of EvoDroids. and have been shipping regularly for previous batches, we are just now switching android factories to a faster dual core tablet. Sorry for the lack of communication as of late. I have two new babies under 2yrs now, and the hours in the day seem to disappear too quickly these days. I generally answer over 100+ emails and support calls for 2+ hours per day, sorry if yours gets missed, or marked as read by mistake. Send another I'm sure to see it. I will send an update out to all those in Batch #6 to keep everyone updated.

Were you lying then, or are you lying now....because you don't know what batch I was in, so you cannot possibly be telling the truth, because I am not long in ANY batch. BECAUSE I CANCELLED MY ORDER. You didn't mistakenly mark anything, you just don't care. It's well known that Evoscan is now EvoSCAM, for about a year now. But nobody said anything until we all started talking and found out you ripped off bunches of us, it's just your MO, it's not isolated as you'd have us think. It's typical hamish stuff. Also, that's why you got booted from Kickstarter...in 2013. So no, this is not an isolated, one time thing. It's just you.

So, more excuses and lies.

PS-you need to pay baka for that ECU man, you develop off that and don't even pay what you owe?

Can't trust a man who treats his friends like that.

sorry if I offended you in anyway. I have no idea what you are referring to. I haven't been banned from kickstarter, I am from NZ, only USA people are allowed on it. thats what you are referring to. I talk to baka on skype all the time. I don't think I'm out to scam anyone. If anyone needs support, send me an email direct to hamish at limitless.co.nz and I will help you out.

Hilarious! You only care cuz you got called out. So you're saying don't use your own support ticket system? Good to know.

You will NOT reply and or help ANYONE unless YOUR MONEY is at stake. Either PayPal threats, or a forum admin makes you respond.

Taking to someone in Skype is not the same as paying your debts. You can't charm your way out of everything. Also you know kickstarter is for US And you're banned because you were still trying to scam it for money by getting a US person to set it up and give you the money.

Really, you wrote some half baked, okay data logging software about 6 years ago, and milk money off it online from foreign customers and it's finally come crashing down.

And, it's worth noting, after all this....

You still haven't replied to any support tickets.

Actions are louder than words.

After all this you still haven't replied to any emails or support tickets.

What is your Skype number? About 5-6 of us are trying to get ahold of you. If you intend to help then it's no bother to answer a skype call Right?

He wouldn't have even replied to this except admin told him he needed to.

The other evoscan thead went ignored

Hammish knows he controls something we all need-Evoscan. And he uses that to do as he pleases and ignore whoever. Because what are you gonna do? Nothing. That's what. He uses his control to his advantage.

I wish that ECUflash logging was more prevalent. Tactrix is an outstanding company with high quality products and great support. Cobb Tuning too, you can call them. Email them. Get support. Have a warranty.

You know, stuff that people who care about customers do.

And he wasn't compelled to do more than a token generic response

still no response to ticket or anything

I saw an evoscan reply so I'll post my question here thanks to ikt:
"Hi to all, I have an annoying problem I can't figure out by myself using gauges in Evoscan (V 2.9.0023).
I create my own style using an existing layout but it won't work. I'm able to save the layout I see (name of gauges, position and so on), also state and numeric indicator parameters. What I can't setup correctly is under "edit template" menu. I can change name of gauges, numeric indication options, scales etc then i press "apply", "finish" and I save changes.
Everytime I close Evoscan I can't have these parameters as saved and I have to do all again.
Someone can help me?

Hi,

evoscan replied to me via email and I should check my cable with diffrent computer/car and my car with diffrent Tactrix cable.

Probably I know where is the problem.

Ecuflash 1.44 is wrong and has wrong drivers for our cables. The solution is to install earlier version of the program (the best will be 1.42) but it won't work if we had installed 1.44 on our computer. Even if we delete ecuflash drivers will be in our system - it is extremely difficult to delete them and only formatting our Windows and system partition and then installin ecuflash 1.42 will help and it will works.

Please check this if you have problems with cable and program.
