I am definitely smitten with STi envy after yesterday. Had the opportunity to watch rich's car put down ~285whp on 93 oct and ~327whp on a mix of 93 and 110 (so maybe resulting in 100 oct or so). This was with the stock topmount and with a high-flow cat. It's unbelievable how effortlessly the car goes through 1st-5th....and even 6th is no slouch.

Time to start saving up I guess

No not really we finally got a few of our good customers to come in for what we wanted to do. At first there were a bunch of upgraded turbo guys with miserable mods crappy injectors, headers and the like that were all but useless. Turbo and injector selection is of the utmost importance on the STi

Vishnu Evo8 you are funny talking about your street racing career?What college offers a BA/BS in street racing.JK' Don't worry those Stis will continue to be your biattche as long as they are still on the stock turbo. Watch out for the Green ones because they are faster than the 1+ set up. Someday I will have a stage 3 and I won't have to worry about the Subaru Slower Than I(STI) with the Green Turbo.

 

327 is what the guy put down at Dyno4mance; this is less than what Mark put down due to a lower octane fuel, hi-flow cat, and stock top-mount intercooler. See my previous post
