There are some ( as in 1) that runs high 10's...and a few in the low 11's also.
As for street cars....there are some STREET STIs that run mid 11's...

Gee, the Green is a good pump gas turbo? Who'da thunk it?

The Green (50-trim compressor) has been kicking pump-gas butt for years on DSMs. The record is 503hp to the wheels for pump gas with a 50-trim.

We arent talking about DSMs you know we dont care about them the Subaru and its hotside is a totally different beast altogether, Please Shape your a likeable guy but dont come here spouting pump gas #s for some DSM and 50 trim without listing the dyno or sneakingly covering that it was a FWD conversion its irrevelant Evos play with garrett ballistics

Not to mention Subaru's big bore pistons' affinity for high octane fuel. Apples and oranges.

So you are telling me to not talk about a DSM in a post about a Subaru on an Evolution forum?

There is no need for the hostility.

And, actually, it was done on an AWD dyno at Turbotrix. You guys should be familiar with that dyno, right? Here is the dyno plot. Surprised it is an AWD dyno?

It doesn't matter what car or engine the turbo is attached to. The compressor map is the same. Though the point at which you operate in that compressor map will change.

The exhaust wheel in the WRX's Green is the same one that the DSM's Green uses, a Mitsubishi TD06H. But yeah, the exhaust housing is different to allow it to bolt on easily.

The dyno graph above isn't a green dyno graph though. It is an AGP T3/T4 50-trim. Same compressor, which has always proven to be very pump-gas friendly, but different exhaust wheel and housing. The most Dre ever made on the Green was a paltry 432hp on 93 octane.

That STI torque drop off still surprises the hell out of me:
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/at...chmentid=45142

Any idea why it is so severe?

And does Dyno Dynamics have a some sort of a problem with using round numbers on their dyno plot axes?!

I think David's gonna buy an STi shortly. All the posts would appear to lead to this contradiction.

David in a STI is not likely. He knows they are limited and Det prone. He is just having fun stirring up the Evo Sti feud. Him going from an Evo-Sti is like a man going from Shania Putang Twain to Pink/Courtny Love etc. or Faith Hill to Momma Cass or some other fat Biatchhh. OUT!

The only thing soo bad about the STIs are the tuners have about the strength of the motors...

As more parts come out, good tuners plan out stages...and a few STIs owners push our cars...the Playing field will be leveled off...things are turnin around for us SUbby guys

Just look @ the first post on this thread....a few months ago u guys would of laughed me out of this forum had i predicted these power figures...

Mark

BTW IE my dear Mammas a fat women.....got a problem with that??

No problem MBG with dear Momma but not interested in any romance with her. Fat women seem to play hard to get-----------rid of. Especially with food in sight.

From: Where you come to vacation and go home on probation! Vegas!
Excuse me for being a noob .... but can someone explain to me what a Green Turbo is ?

Also I heard from my friends at Dynamic Autosports and XS-Engineering that the problem with STIs are their cast internals ... in turn they are not as strong as their overseas counter parts .... so when turning up the boost and adding mods people have been poping motors. Is this correct?

Anyone know if the 05s are still cast internals ?
