Don't get too hung up on dyno numbers from two different days. 9whp isn't much of a difference unless it was recorded on the same car, same tuning session, in controlled conditions. He does have the TM turbo, not just the 10.5 housing so perhaps there is some advtange to the titanium internals It's also a brand new turbo which is going to make a difference since its young and healthy. This is a big deal with any system that pushes the turbo to its limits.
