You 10.5 turbo guys SUCK!
Did you guys use any RTV on the oil return line gaskets? I always found the OE oil return line gaskets to be too thin and not soft enough to generate a good seal. Adding RTV helps. And be sure to use high temp RTV (black or copper) on the gasket that touches the center cartridge of the turbo.
Forced Performance carries thicker and softer oil return line gaskets that I always found sealed better than the OE ones.

Looks like Smoggy found out what the leak is. It seems we put the gasket on backwards from the turbo return oil line. Hopefully he gets it fixed tonight and can report on how things are looking tomorrow.

Ok!!!! Problem has just been resolved. (Gasket wasn't backwards, it was worse. It was only put through one of the two bolt holes.) Go figure.
IE is getting grumpy that we are not on the road yet. Vishnu guys: stay late tonight, pleeeeasse!

Also, the 10.5 TME turbo is hitting 24lbs on boost by 2700 RPM in 5th gear. That is with a 91/100 octane mix in the tank. They are also somewhere on the 5 freeway hitting a little bit of traffic.
