Azar were you the guy who i shook hands with in the office ? That sunday was a crazy day. I didnt even know about your situation until you had left.... In defence to shiv, we were kind of hammering him to keep with his schedule due to the fact that we also have kids and wifes and sunday is our only day off, as im sure was yours. In the end i still didnt get home until 7pm that sunday night, and havent had a day off now for two weeks. I can understand your frustration in the matter, but you def should of talked to one of us and we could of done something.. Eric gets nothing in return for organizing these event days. He's a hard working guy who took two days off work and was at our shop for 3 days. Without him , it def couldnt of happend. If you thought you were treated unjust in having to wait.. you prob should of let someone know, nonone at the shop knew about it like i said. I see that you got your situation resolved, but im sure it was something shiv could of done as well. Al will prey on situations like yours and create this epic event on the internet to make the other party ( in this case shiv ) look bad. Could if of been handled a diff way ? Absolutely.. Just keep in mind we're in this business to keep customers not lose them, and if shiv or anyone else for that matter really knew how you felt things would of been diff .. Good luck to you

Thanks for the kind words Mark, yes I did shake your hand. I was there on SAT and I asked who is mark and you were behind the desk. I have not insulted Eric in any way; I don’t know why Shiv and his crew keep insisting that I did. Thank you Eric for getting under my car when I needed help. Mark, I had nothing against your shop or your service either as you were great help over the phone many times before for me and my friends. I am frustrated because the truth is not told and Eric is not telling us why he changed his mind after talking to Shiv!! Mark, you have great shop and great customer service no doubt and you have nothing to do with what happened (just want to make this clear). Shiv and Vishnu guys are trying to get you involved in the whole mess for no reason. I am extremely happy with my car now and everything is running the way I want.
