I really appreciate your help on this, you are tossing up great ideas to think about, and I appreciate that. I live not far from the Indy 500 track, if you come up to a race (indy 500/F1/ Nascar) you got a place to stay if you want to. I sincerely appreciate your help.

maybe I should upgrade my sound system! I am not concerned about the noises, I just open my side-pipe, and drown them out. I am concerned if I have an electric problem that is the reason that I cant get past 19psi. (I thought it was the Meth inj. but its not)

have you tried putting your boost table all to zeros! zero out everything and see if boost lowers down do this to verify your xede is working!

I was thinking about pulling it out and having the Vishnu camp tell me if it is working or not! Maybe time to upgrade to SMART. I will see what response I get here from them (if any) in the next few days. I will call Dustin Tomorrow.

it probably is the XEDE dummy boost control relay that is making the clicking sound. Newer models had epoxy to eliminate the clicking sound, maybe the epoxy fell off ?

There's always a chance it could be the AC unit behind the glovebox. It has a door that opens and closes.. i dunno.. just a thought.

I agree with the AC remark. There is a small electric motor back there that opens and closes a flapper door in the ac unit.

You could always mail your XEDE to Vishnu and have them check it.

My Mechanic just got back, and told me he hears the noise comming from one of the "boxes"! He said it is NOT the fan/blower. It is only when he takes his foot off the accelerator, and coasts in gear or out of gear. And he says the only reason I cant get over 19PSI of boost, is I am not getting the fuel. is there something in the Box that causes this?
