Your maps look fine w/ nothing that looks like it would cause it to retard like that. It's alot more conservative then the maps I have made. Shiv may have to help you w/ this one.

For kicks can you send me your Commslog data for the run that had the high knock shown on the SMART timing map? I would like to graph it out and see what going on.

Ok, now where getting somewhere. I have never used Commslog before, but I am pretty sure that it's impossible to have zero knock.
For kicks, go start your car w/ the laptop connected. Open up the live data display in Xmap and check if the ANO is registering 15% at idle. Rev the motor and see if it goes up to 20%.
