Ok I just checked and AN0 is 15% at Idle at 6000rpm its around 18-19 sometimes 20 that’s when I just rev it and stay there, but when I drive the car at like 2400rpm I see it going as high as 80-90 is that normal or what?
O btw that 80-90 is only AN0 In

80-90 is not normal and is extremely unsafe if it's real knock. That's 4-4.5 volts of knock/noise. I don't understand why Commslog doesn't show any noise activity, but the AN0 is showing 15% at idle. Commslog should be recording, at idle, a minimum value of 15 or .75 volts. I have ran out of ideas for you. Shiv or Dustin will have to step in.

O and could it be that I am running lean in that spot so the nock is present?

How lean? I run roughly 13's until 3500rpm and then taper down to 11's by 4300rpm and 10's by 6000rpm.

Here is one of my older AFR graphs. Yours should look similar.

Well I think that we found my problem (I hope) I am running really lean on partial throttle about 14.5-15 at 2000-3500rpm but mine A/F on boost is rich around 9.8

Hey jj 008 on pyxede on what % or voltage do you consider knock and if you can post or email me your map with the SMART Fuel modified I would appreciate because my SMART Fuel map is fighting the Fuel map it goes always to like 9.8 A/R any advise would be appreciated.

I have never used the SMART fuel, because I had another wideband. What I would do is zero out most of the map, but add/leave some numbers in the 12:1 range (Look at the SMART install instructions for the y-axis numbers that equal ~12:1) from 5000rpm-8000rpm. That way if starts to go lean it will add more fuel.

As for knock %, it depends on your car. Run some race gas, at the lowest boost possible, and run it to redline. Then look at your SMART timing and see where the highest % was. On my car w/ 680cc injectors it was near 40% at redline. When I upgrade to 880cc injectors, it lowered to around 32%.

Did you ever figure out your knock voltage issue you were having earlier?

Yes it was a defective xede harness, now my knock does not go higher than 32 on the SMART knock table.

I'm sorry to haijack your thread but can you trace the maps if you are not using the SMART. I did highlighted the regular maps and wanted to see where the cursor would jump but I got maybe one touch on the fuel table not the whole trace that I would suspect. Is this normal or the tracing option is only available in the SMART sytem? I can datalog using commslog without any problems, but the only thing that I see is that I cannot use the Commslog and XMap at the same time, it screams that one port is beeing used.

You can trace the fuel map and the timing map. Highlight all the cells before your run and the maps will highlight the cells as the load and rpm increase.

jj I finally did another run but to my understanding all the cells should be highlighted when the Xede went through the map. As you can see from my Crank table there is some acction up to 4500 RPM then a break at 4700, then again a touch at 5K and 5.3K and a huge break untill 7000 where it jumped to -1.4. Same thing in the MAF table, right below the Crank. In my understanding if the Xede is not adjusting anything it should just highlight all zeros at the bottom. Am I missing something in here or the maps are not being updated as quickly as I think they should so no marks are visible???
