I did 304whp/304tq on the Evo 9 with a cat and with 91oct.
Mods: Buschur Cone,Mail-in flash from Dynoflash,3" TB and Unos MBC

So.. yes I would agree with the popular idea that the Evo 9 can get 300whp with basic bolt ons.

Wow. That's not the 15% difference I've been hearing about.

He is flashed now, thats why! Adam what was your DD numbers after the tune? Should make for excellent comparison. I figured your car was 300-310whp now. Nice! What did Steve do BTW, I havent talkd to him yet.

EDIT: Adam IIRC, you made 270whp on DD after the flash, so if thats correct, 13-15% correction is good estimate for getting DJ numbers.

OK, I thought he made 295 after the flash. I got confused with Paul. I was there. I just got it mixed up in my head.

I made 270hp/280tq after getting tuned on the DD. Ill scan the dyno sheet in a little bit. Steve made 343hp/dont remember the tq number on pump gas....374hp/i dont remember the torque on pump with meth on the exact same dyno. Temp's in the dyno room were hovering around 100 degrees all day long. It was also a fairly new DJ.

Yeah the heat is a killer. What were the temps when you guys were down in GA? I figured Steve had around 370-380 since we were even when we went from a roll-on a couple weeks back. Were these numbers SAE corrected or uncorrected?

The temps in GA were 90+'s all day long and in Philly the temps were also 90+'s so it was a very fair comparison from DD to DJ. Having the temp's where they were actually worked out pretty good for doing a fairly even comparison between the two dynos, which was our main intention for doing it. The numbers from Saturday were SAE corrected. Yeah Steve told me he did some pulls with you and you guys were even.

And Steve actually did a really good job of tuning Jess's car since the guy that was there for DSMLink didnt even touch it.

Here is my dyno sheet from PDW. Hope the scan is good enough for you guys to see. Still waiting to get the run files from Steve but heres the scan...

Yeah thats a perfect comparison then, good stuff. Steve was always messing with that laptop in Jess' car, Im not suprised the tune was dead on! I hope they didnt pay for any tuning!

Im jealous, everyone seems to be getting more cool stuff done lately. Id love to go get a race gas map now that I have the ACT clutch in. I think my car on a race gas map would be silly fast.
