congrats on the new mr and watching posts on your e85 adventure!
my bro in law told me that the company that makes the exige sport cup model reworked a euro exige sport cup to run on e85 and got 10-15 more hp!

$595 Evo VIII XEDE Upgrade Kit
(Evo VIII XEDE to Evo IX)

So the existing xede customer will have to upgrade to the Evo IX Kit for 595?

Because it still involves a new harness and ECU reflash for the XEDE to work with the IXs.

Yep... That also includes a full patch harness and a reflash (for higher boost/rev limits, mivec remapping, etc,.)

So it comes with an XEDEFlash then? Or is it something that the new XEDE can control? (i'm guessing one would have to send in their ECU for an XEDEFlash)

Yes, it comes with an Xedeflash for all the things that the XEDE cannot yet control (like MIVEC and rev/boost limits). It also comes with a harness that poor little Dustin has to wire by hand and test in our car. It takes him at least an hour per harness!
