Boulder/Denver Dyno Day
Awesome, what injectors did you use with the FPGreen?
I went with the 780s but I believe that the 680s would have been more than adequate.
There was a WR9 running with the same cam combination I have that was maxing his stock injectors so the 680s would have been fine. Hopefully the 780s will allow me a little growth on E85 and will still idle well. We will see

say it ain't so
Thanks for letting me drive the new king of the mountains. I love how that thing pulls and pulls on top it must be quite a leap for you considering the big hp bump that you got with the turbo and the custom tune. (Weren't you at 280 or so before?)

Hey JTB, that is nice. 15-18 more HP than my car. Must feel strong. All that with a high flow cat. I'm jealous.
I also want to thank Harvey for being so understanding and cool all day. Shiv as well for making the treck. Talk to you'all later.

JTB, Paul: It's a bummer, but I just checked my class rules. No cam gears for me.
I looked at thread you posted back in decemeber and got really excited about the cheap fattening of the powerband. I guess it'll have to wait until next year.--
We should all give a big thanks to Harvey. We couldn't have asked for a nicer guy at 11 pm on saturday after hours and hours in the tiny, cold , fume-filled dyno room.

Here's my final chart from yesterday morning. I was amazed at how close my original tune was, but shiv's spools faster, makes more peak power, and is richer everywhere. Special note: this is WITHOUT cams.
donourEDIT: ok, it displays correctly now. Evo 9s of the world, beware!

I think he's running +1/-3 for the added spool.

I hope the drive home was uneventful and yep Harvey was a real help in every way. Also correct on the cam gears +1,-3 it makes a huge difference in spool. Paul
You better get out on your Kart (Dustin as well), I'll be coming out again in March
