Pls put me down for the 11 am slot, if still available. I will pay tomorrow as soon as I talk to Calvin to figure out what my options are for my existing set-up, ie, just tune, or flash and tune.

I talked it over with Shiv and he is not thinking that it is going to be a possibility for this dyno day. He said that he was worried that the drivability and cold start would be an issue, since he wouldn't have the time to map out all of those issues without driving each car on the street for a day or so.

What If I dont mind about those issues can i still get a e-85 and a 91 oct map?

schedule

Here is what we have so far:

8:00 Czubaka
9:30 Donour
11:00 Bigmac
12:30 HHG
2:00 Sigfrid
3:30 SuPeRNeT
5:00 JTB
6:30

Shiv/Calvin chime in on this schedule.
I hope you guys don't mind my jumping in and assigning spots. Who is the last person.

Sucks about the E85. And I just bought injectors. Oh well. Anyone want to buy slightly used PTE 880's?

See you'all Sunday.

Okay, I just paid Vishnu.
What about dyno time? Can we pay there with a credit card?

Someone really needs to clarify for me.

Are you guys booked for Saturday or Sunday?

**Edit** At this point Shiv already booked his ticket for Satruday, and there are only 5 of you confirmed. Shiv would like to knock this all out in one day if possible. So it would be 5 Evos + 2 BMWs makes 7 cars total.

Shiv's travel expenses will be split amongst everyone participating.
Air + hotel + rental car = $700 total.

Thank you Sigfrid for scheduling times
I have confirmed payments from:

Evos:
Ruz
Donour
JTB
HGH
Supernet

I guess I am now a little confused. It was stated earlier in the thread that we were doing BMWs on the 17th and Evos on the 18th. I know that Czubaka and Donour are driving in from NM and were planning to do this on Saturday and then get tuned on Sunday.

When you say that Shiv has booked his ticket on Saturday does that mean he is planning on tuning on Saturday or does that mean he is flying in on Saturday and tuning on Sunday?

In regards to covering Shiv's travel costs, is this in addition to the tuning costs?

Thanks,

Shiv plans to tune on Saturday

His travel costs are in addition to the tuning costs.

Ouch,

that means it is going to cost us $ 100.00 more per person. We also have to pay for dyno time each. I dont remember the exact cost of that. Calvin, this is new. We never had to pa for travel expenses before.
Anyways,

Is everyone okay with this?
We could move Czubaka and Donour to the last 2 spots so they could leave early from NM and get here by 5:00.

You'all need to chime in so we can get this completed.

Calvin, I'll have payment in no later than tomorrow.

As far as moving to Saturday, it will be tight, but I can do it. Donour's working on his PhD, so he makes his own schedule. If it does end up on Saturday 5pm works for me. At least the car will be warmed up well for the dyno...

Okay, everyone, please review

8:00 Open???
9:30 JTB
11:00 Bigmac
12:30 HHG
2:00 Sigfrid
3:30 SuPeRNeT
5:00 Czubaka
6:30 Donour

We need Harvey to confirm pricing and hours of operation as well as if help will be provided for getting cars on and off or if we will need to do it ourselves.

We started with 12 interested people, a 2 day event etc. What about the BMW cars? that was supposed to absorb the cost of traveling etc. Please commit ASAP.
Thanks.
