Take a look for yourself. This is the interface of the proceed and the haltech. Shiv has the Proceed locked and maps could not be openned and edited last time I checked. Once Shiv opens the Proceed to allow map editing, then the Proceed will probably have the same editing system as the Haltech.

I just talked to someone at Vishnu yesterday and he said that one of his co-workers has proceede up and running in one of his evos and that they should be realeasing it very very soon

...but the more I look at it, it looks like the Haltech Interceptor and the Xede share the same specs.
