removing the EXEDE

First off I did a search. I'm taking my car to the dealer to get the HVAC warranty done. They said I will get charged for any extra wiring. Even aftermarket gauges in the dash(I guess one mechanic spent an extra 3 hours messing with someone's gauges). The whole dash has to come out. So, I thought I'd take out the Exede. Do I just unplug it and add the pill?
Probably going to suck driving around stock.
Thanks

never mind. found install directions on Vishnu sight.

You don't have to add the pill if that is all you are doing...
