Lets talk tooning!

Thanks KK! So how many Xede CarTooners do we have?

First order of business is Check Your 3D graphs before burning the eeprom!! It is very easy to see mistakes you have made and correct it. It has saved an errant burns 2 times now!

Second For the guys that have used Maf scaling (or unscaling really ) on problem idels have you found values that eliminates the rough idel? Also I dont expect really for the computer to "learn" around this as its just a scale to input into the xede kinda just an amplitude adjustment - Any other observations on this?

Third have WBO2 tuners noticed any long term "learning" around CL fuel or timing changes?

May be we can have some basic stickys.

For example.

How to use software from Xede?
Hardware install with a clear daigram for each wire and function.
Short cuts for adjusting like (<) (>)
Using Data Display
Runing features like ext. things like WI, or NOS.

I will do the xede install, I do not know the software yet but will. I am also going to take pics because to be honest I did not know what to do with the wires and I used to write computer manuals so I think I can do this lol

Someone needs to write up directions on how to load / change a map. Vishnu's stuff is out of date with that XUpdate or whatever the link does not even work. Someone who knows how to change maps please put something up.

Thanks!

Yep, Ken called me to make sure I got everything and if I needed any help, he also helped me figure out what wires went where. Super support!

I have seen this before where a BOV screws things up. Keep it stock man and when someone show's you a BOV on a evo you can just laugh and know they have no idea what they are doing. The stock one is fine, sell it and keep the 100$ for race gas
