Tx Vishnu Dynoday! March 13- Dallas
OK, we are close to the big show and I want to know if we are going to post results here or on a separate thread. You guys make sure you keep the rest of us informed with results.
All I have to say is do not play around in the Dallas proper area. I watched an employee of a local shop get locked up for "testing" a customers car with no other cars around. It is still classified as street racing if you are caught "testing the limits" of your car. The customers car was also impounded when this happened. If we decide to go out and do something and someone is messing around I will drop back and take a different route as everyone around will get nabbed and have their car impounded and be arrested for one person screwing around. I have also seen this happen twice.

Yea, I know. I do not doubt that you would not want to get arrested, I am just saying that the police have been pretty harsh lately. Just ask some of the guys who go out to the Lewisville Sonic on Wed nights, they have been cracking down pretty hard and Arlington police do not let things just slip by. Every time I go down Cooper I see at least two cars pulled over. There is a bar in Carrollton called Shuck-N-Jive that is normally a pretty good time and the food is very good. It is not exactly around the corner from Arlington, but I am not very familier with Arlington so I do not know where to suggest to meet up. Is anyone familier with the Arlington area?
By the way, Saturday is St. Patricks day and Greenville Street in Dallas goes absolutely ape ****, they block the street off in front of the Mick's, Blue Goose area and there are normally thousands of people out there. I goes on late so if people want to head out there we can.
