Man this is going to be an action packed weekend. Tuning on Sat. College girl keg party at Coates House on Sat night and Road racing on Sunday. Im pumped!

 

Not at my house, but I can damn well tell you where to go to find it! Actually, I don't know if I want to let the Evo crowd lose on the poor ole' Dallas crowd, they may never recover! All of those big V8's getting their a$$es handed to them by a bunch of four door imports.......they would never be the same....... Seriously, I would not mind going out to do something, but we do not need any stupid stunts to ruin the weekend although I think that everyone going is pretty well grown up. Maybe we can figure it out either friday or saturday. My g/f would castrate me if I brought all of those college girls home! She doesn't play wel with others.

 

Anyone friday or saturday night looking for good backroads to enjoy around the southern parts of Arlington and Fort Worth towards the Motorsport Ranch, let me know. Also there is a nice 3 lane wide skid pad,err circle a few minutes from Alamo. Great spot to give a suspension setup a quick shake down and make course adjustments.

On the phone with Vishnu... Products haven't shipped... "Should" go out moday from the fabricator is what I'm being told.. I swear I've been "promised" twice that it was going to ship "today"... Both last Friday and the Friday before... Funny how when I ordered it; I was told "I've got one in front of me here right now"... This is bull$hit...

 

Ok .. well Brett took care of me... He upgraded my shipping (which I feel is the least he could have done...) now I have to try to reschedule my install... Only because I called and said something will it ship today (assuming THIS promise will be kept)... Had I not called...?!?!?

Shiv, I think I should get something for all my aggrevation... Free test pipe... Something... (I don't mean stickers) I swear I hope this kit is worth all this hassle...

I was seriously inquiring about the Stage 2 kit; but if it will be this much hassle; I'm going to be less inclined. I can see it now... My credit card charged one week, and 3 weeks later.... "Well, we're still waiting on the fabricator to make the Vishnu stickers that ship with every unit...." Ugh..

 

I love all those guys and weve had our up and downs with promised shipping and whatnot. It is frustrating when I hear the famous "on tuesday" quote just say STFU whens it going to ship I dont care Im not going anywere else. - Trust me I went back to Shivs tuning so quick it wasnt funny

Bump because I got my exhaust and gears yesterday. Exhaust is on, and I only have to wait another 3 days for TX DYNO DAY!!!

 

How many folks are doing both the dyno and lapping?

 

I might go with you guys Sunday morning, but I'm not sure... As for Sat... I'll be there all day... Think Brice will make it in time for the weekend? He said he would be up there until 3am last night... That's nuts..
