Hiya,
Thanks for all the encouragement guys! Lambtron and I just finished calibrating the car on the dyno. It was pretty much dialed-in for road racing from our One Lap testing. But since we have to run pump gas for the C&D test, it had to be retuned a bit. The results? One 91oct, it put down 370whp with the One Lap XFlash. On 93, and with the XEDE installed, it put down 406whp. With the XEDE, boost was raised from 23psi to 25psi. And a little advance was yanked out above 6000rpm. That's about it, I'm happy to say. Interestingly enough, this is virtually the same power output we ran in One Lap (using race gas). The difference? Our new GT35 vs. our old GT3037
The GT35 is ~300RPM laggier and I'm a bit worried about the boost response time during the 4th to 5th shift (which was already an issue with the GT3037-- esp at higher altitudes). But it does make good power, more easily, with less octane requirement so we're sticking with it!

What do you think that setup would yield on the new Turbo 125 Octane???
500whp doesn't seem that unrealistic.
Good luck guys. I hope you got all the aero pieces bolted onto the car. Heck, ya figure that as long as you don't finish last, I'd consider it a huge win for the Evo community. It's already a huge win just in terms of publicity.

I think I can, I think I can, I think I can.........And I know that you can give those guys a run for their money! It kind of sucks that you did so well in the One Lap though since your competitors may know that you are coming and what the little Evo can do, but I still think that you will shock the hell out of them. Good luck and happy hunting!
