CEL eliminator?

Hi guys,
The Aussie boys are hard at work. I can't even get them to break away from their laptops. The features we are implementing are pretty incredible. But we need some info in order to incorporate the cat efficiency CEL fix into the XEDE.

Has anyone found a wire-in CEL fix (to the rear o2 sensor) that works perfectly? That is, has anyone installed one on their cat-less car does not trip a cat efficiency CEL? If so, how long have you run it and what unit is it?

Thanks,
Shiv

I don't have your product, but for my cel fix, I bought the simulator from lancershop.com and have had it on my car for over 2000 miles, and have had no problems with it. Works perfect!

Not wire in....of course you know the "space the 02 sensor" trick that is floating around seems to work perfectly?
I have been running it with test pipe, race gas, ....not even pending, even when cruising..
used to get the P0420 all the time...

I've had the Perrin test pipe with the O2 Wire-In simulator on my car for 7k miles now and have had no codes come up.

The wire in fix from Casper Electronics is rumored to work very well. At this point, I'm using a mechanical fix that works perfectly.

I've got a Casper O2 simulator that I can send you. I'm not using it now that I'm running a Random Technologies high flow cat.

It is yours if you want it.

Best Regards,
JS

Yes!! I'd love to test it and incorporate something like it into the XEDE harness

So the 02 sensor spacing worked? I'm thinking of doing that when I get my dump back next month.

I know of three Evo's running this with test pipes and all are having no CEL once installed here in my area for several months.

hi guys,
I don't want to incorporate the spacer technique since that would require hardware. It would be cleaner to do it all though sensor manipulation in the xede harness.

How hard would it be to retrofit into existing Xede harness?

Should be very easy. That's why we're doing it
