Poor customer service...
I haven't gotten a response to my email (I sent it twice, once on 9/23 and another on 9/24) stating that I want to cancel my order placed more than ONE month ago! What gives?! My credit card was charged a few days after I placed the order and this is the kind of customer service I get? I suppose that because you already got my money, you folks have nothing to lose especially since your reputation is already tarnished.
My hope is that someone at Vivid Racing will get back to me and give me my money back! This is very upsetting.

For what it's worth, I purchased from them because they had the cheapest prices. When I tried to obtain a tracking # for my order, it was very frustrating. It took two emails without response, 3 lenghty long distance telephone calls (one of which I was told I would be called back with the info, never happened), one recorded message (no response), and finally on the 5th call I got a valid tracking #. This was over the course of a few days, I wasn't harrasing. Things can get complicated at times. But I got the HKS suction kit at a cost far below most competitors prices. You have to weigh the pros/cons. I'll buy from them again.
having to call a company long distance is pathetic, you should be able to recieve prompt feedback via emails as well... why would you pay XXX amount for a product, then on top of that have to pay another x amount on having to constantly call them ld.. kinda defeats the purpose of having online shopping...
