SMC kit question about pressure

Should I be concerned that I'm only seeing about 80-85% at the nozzle? I've tried cleaning the filter and everything, no improvement.

Should I look into getting a new pump?

If your only seeing 80-85%, it could be your dip switch settings on the meth control box. Here is a link that might help you out:

Thanks for the link, I changed the dip switch setting for the M10, and saw just under 100psi (I'm actually running an M7). Should I set it to the M15 setting? Should I start planning on investing in a new pump?

There's been a few cases smc alky kits showing less psi then rated. My kit with a M7 nozzle was initally 80-85 psi when installed 'new'. I verified it with a calibrated test gauge. I changed the dip switch setting (down/up) and it went up to the correct 100psi. So far, it's been working great at this setting for over a year now.

Ok. So my spray light came on this afternoon (when it was supposed to), but it wouldn't turn off. It just stays on now.

I've also tried all other settings. The only setting that gets the psi higher than 90 is up/down. all other settings keep it at 80-85 psi.

I'm at a loss now, please help.

I figured out the problem with the spray light, but I still can't build any pressure.

Anyone know where I can get another one? How much should I look at spending?

did you try priming the pump/lines with the nozzle assembly off? Any leaks?
If it still doesn't work, call SMC about warranty replacement.

I haven't primed it with the nozzle off. I did pull the UICP out and sprayed it and there was a good misting. Would taking the nozzle off help anything?

There are no leaks that I have found. I checked the nozzle/gauge assembly, an part that connects to the pump and the coupler in the middle of the hose. Anywhere else I should check?

FWIW, I remember having 100psi+ at the m7 setting when I first installed the system.
