this is what i found for the tap and drill sizes. richard can u confirm?
Yes, SlowCar is correct. Here is also a quote from Richard about the tap and drill from a Aquamist forum:

"You can use both,

1) 1/8 BSP (tap all the way) 8.8mm hole
2) 1/8 NPT (beware not to over and under tap the hole because the tap is tapered)

Loctite (high temperature type preferred), the adaptor in place, clear off all grease."

You have to understand that the nozzle size is not set in stone for any particular application. If I were you I would bring an assortment of nozzles with you when you are ready to tune and let your tuner make the decision what works or not. you also have to decide what turn on point you'll need to activate your system. In my case, I've found out that a 10 psi turn on point is ideal for my application.

i understand 100% but i can only choose from .08 .09 or 1.0mm nozzles.

so i guess ill bring them all and let the tuner make that decision

That's 6 possible combinations, FWIW.

The drill size of 8.8mm for the jet adaptor is by Abner is correct. Ensure using loctite and do not over-tight during installation. The wall between the 1/8BSP and the M8 thread hole (ID) is very thin.

For day to day usage withiout serious tune:

100% water: go for 10-15% water to fuel ratio.
100% methanol: pick nozzle for methanol/fuel ratio between 15-20%.

For extreme tune:
100% water: 15-30% water (need strong ignition system)
100% Methanol: 20- 50% (need to reduce some fuel)

There is a chart on jet flow on the user manual. You start working out the fuel flow by summing up your combined fuel injector capacity.
