Aquamist HFS-3 on a B5 S4

Heya, just thought I'd share an install I just did on an OWWWDEE!

John dropped off his beautiful B5 S4 at my place on Friday night. I laid the smack down that night till about 3am, worked most of the day Saturday, then spent a few hours sunday and tonight troubleshooting some issues and buttoning this beast up.

Bi-pipes all tapped and sealed:

Tank drilled and starting sealing process:

Tank mount roughed in:

Fluid tubing and pump control/power wrapped in fancy wiring loom/protective sheath, then run nicely through wiring channels:

Routed and mounted flow sensor under ECU:

then cleaned up wiring:

and note the standard 'scheides' gaugepod, LOL. 2 zip ties and the dash vent! Sits nice and perfect

What's back here?

Oh, nothing.....

I must say, the new HFS-3 kit is an absolute leap above the HFS-1 in terms of fit and finish. I'm very very happy with how the whole kit turned out, and really even more excited to think about putting one on my Evo X

2.5 gallon main tank with .25 quart surge tank anyone? I think so...

Quick pic of the car, very nice dark blue color with some 18" S8 (?) rims.

The setup is kinda silly right now though, Aquamist, full catless dual exhaust ($$$!), K04 turbos, ER bar&plate intercoolers with carbon fiber shrouds, bilstein coilovers, etc, but the car is on the stock tune/injectors! God I hate the stupid chipped-only tuning design, so silly...the thing only runs 9psi. 9! This setup is ready for 25

Very nice install on a very fast car.

Are you going to turn up the boost to 25psi soon?

Yup, these german cars need chips, not tunes you know, wish I could talk him into doing maestro and just tuning it himself or locally

He's going with EPL software though, best in the biz as far as I'm concerned. Shouldn't be to terribly long, I'll report back

Ps your ko3s will not like 25psi, mine didn't also I'd just get a giac flash and use lemmi to tweak it and wb to!

I have a open elemnent filter kit, red Samco tbb, obdII cable, giac cable and a couple other things if you're looking for parts
