Long story short, I came away with a 2006 EVO IX GSR Tarmac Black, feels great! Can't wait to let her break in some more before I start boosting it. Although its pretty damn hard to STAY out of boost while partial throttle, SUPER early boost.. awesome.
Love the car, great dealership. Mark and his friends at South Coast will get my business anytime I'm in the market for a Mitsubishi
.PS, Thanks Mark for letting the guys at the dealership know to take care of your pal Ralph XD.

.As far as I know they were all Base GSR, no SSL. (New shipment that was received yesterday).
Hey Mark, Amy changed her mind and has decided we'd like to go with a MR (She figures she can live without the "squeaky" sunroof I guess).
When do you expect to get a Red MR in?

Well I just got back from south coast in my TB IX! WOW what a drive back it was. I feel like a little kid again. I still cant believe I finally got an evo IX. South Coast was definitely the best dealership I've ever dealt with. They're very professional and its obvious customer service is their primary goal. The owner Abbas, did more than his share to make me feel welcome and satisfied with the car. Every little question or request was dealt with as a major priority. You don't usually see owners be that interactive and helpful with customers directly. I dealt with Daniel, Marks partner and he was a great guy. He picked me up from the airport and gave me the same price I discussed with Mark. No BS or hassling. Very smooth, professional, and enjoyable buying experience. I would give them a 10/10 hands down! Thanks Mark, Daniel, and Abbas
Congrats on your Evo,Good to hear that they took care of you thats all i can ask for is the customer to be happy and satisfied.........enjoy your new car and always drive safe and pls if you have any questions dont hesitate to give us a call.....
Thank You

Just got back from SouthCoast Mitsu after picking up my new WW IX MR and wanted to give some feedback in regards to my buying experience with SouthCoast.
It had to be one of the best buying experiences I had with a car. Even though I was located in the bay area. Mark always answered all my questions when I called ( and i called alot...hahaha) and I never felt pressured to buy the car. Not having to hassle for the price was the best. The price that he quote's is the price your going to get.
Also since I'm from the bay area, I flew down to socal to buy the car and drive it back up. Mark arranged for someone to pick me up from the airport and drive me to the dealership. (Defientely another plus, thanks Renee
) When I got there my car which I had reserved (had the vin#) was not processed yet and not ready for sale. They were just going to give me another WW MR , no biggie. But they had ended up calling one of their head mechanics (Dave) on his day off to process the car. (Another plus, showing they go out of their way
)
I just then filled out some paperwork and was done in less than an hour, totally painless. I rate my experience there a 10/10. It was totally worth flying down there since the savings offset the plane ticket and the gas back up. Anyone thinking about doing the same thing, I would recomend it.
Also if you want an evo, they have tons in stock. They showed me the back and they had rows and rows of evo's
It looks like they had a good selection of models and colors. If your thinking of getting one, better hurry... sounds like they are going fast.
