robb called me yesterday to tell me bout this & my response to him was
"didnt you learn the first time?"
i didnt realize this many people were rolling out or id have tagged along
also, if you used one of those "fix a flat" cans you may want to have the tire dismounted & cleaned. what happens is only a portion of the slime actually hardens to seal the puncture leaving behind a few grams of moving goo in the tire that can upset the balance. this can be difficult to diagnose because the liquid spreads out & stabilizes at speed, but a bump or jolt that upsets that fluid in the tire throws it out of whack & you have a out of balance tire/wheel until that stuff re-settles. it is also more noticable on cold mornings when the car has sat long enough for the goo to settle in the bottom of the tire

The Evo has to see dirt like that at least once in its life...mine had to wait 46k miles to see it....just wrap her up all the way and she will be fine...

Oh come on!!! Its a rally car man!!!!!!!!!! Its like those guys that buy the pickup trucks....put a lift kit on it and the dirt tires and it never comes of the asphalt road...

as if the month couldn't get any worse, on friday i say some douche jump of the coronado bridge (f'ed traffic all up) he left his door open and i had to drive around it. Then on sat when i was loading up the evo once the front wheels were on the flat bed the ramps fell and high sided my car on it, finally got it up at the expense of my bumper and I am still waiting for my motor from buschur this is going to take for ever! you guys are all having fun with your cars and i am driving a mustang yack!! man am i irritated.

now if only my bro would do it that way. hes a surfer & often drives his truck 15+ hrs down to mexico for weeks at a time & always comes back with his tires full of that crap & has to take it to discount to get it removed, lol
