So Cal Dealerships
Hi Everyone, What's the recommended dealership to go to for the best deals in So Cal right now for Evo's? Are they selling anywhere close to invoice? What is did everyone get? I'm in the market for one right now. But i want to get a idea of what dealerships to avoid to save some time. Some Tell Me Costa Mesa Mitsubishi is the best place to go too? what's your experience? thanks everyone!
Defiantly don't buy your EVO in San Diego, go up to LA. SD dealer mark them up at lease a few thousand over purchase prise. I purchased mine from Mitch at Union Mitsubishi. Great customer service and a good guy to deal with.
My Wife and I took the train from SD to down town LA, Mitch picked us up and drove us to San Fernando Valley, where my WW IX with 5 miles on the clock, was waiting for me. He traded dealer to dealer, so that I could get the one I wanted, at the price I was willing to pay. At the time, I picked this IX up for $29,000. We drove behind Mitch back to Union Mitsubishi (Down Town LA) where we complete the paper work, they filled up my tank, shook my hand and off I went. Took the cost all the way home, fun break in.

This was Feb.18th 2006. I know South Cost has some deal currently, if you search for there thread. You could use that to bargin with Union if you wanted. I chose Union for personal reasons, that I didn't want to deal with South Cost. It was also convenient to take the Train, then to get a friend to drive me up too South Cost, which is no where near a Train station.

Hey that's where I bought my Evo! El Cajon Mitsubishi was a hell of a lot better than Ball Mitsubishi in National City, those guys weren't willing to work at all! They seemed pretty cool though.
Yeah, Ball is cool and the service dept is great. They were real tough on the
negotiations. We went at it for 5 straight hours, then I changed my mind and wanted another color car. By then they were pretty tired. And no, I didn't have any credit or down payment problems. It got to be where it was "personal," anyway it was all good fun.
