If you are using an accessport you can throw it into valet mode... If I remember correctly it sets the rev limiter at 5k max, etc. however the catch is, if you are running injectors etc, you are going to have to adjust your wgdc values etc... So a special tune would be a must unless you are savy

I seen a YouTube Video where professional drivers tested the setup on a GT-R to see if regular suspension vs air suspension had a huge impact performance. After the smoke cleared the numbers showed, no difference.
But I dont know about the *** test; maybe I'd have to talk to my GF about this one lol. Cause I did mention to her about the stock suspension ride comfort with the leather seats and heater which made her say YES to getting the Evo haha. ^_^... (oh and the safety air bags, 5 star crash rating, baby friendly, all wheel.... features..) bahahahahahaha.

Sensei, you make sensen. if you go coilovers just buy something with lower spring rate and valving if you want to run softer... But it's an evo... So I would explain to her that yes it is stiff for a reason... And that reason is an excuse for a once a month couples massage... Tada... End of conversation

Never!!!! Besides 2x4's are cheeper! Actually it would be pretty funny watching me stop traffic to get in there.
My ride quality is crap! But its because im so low. Just get a decent set. Stance gr+ is good and the fortune auto ones are good too....just dont drop too far
Soooo what's a good alternative.. I wanted to get Coilovers but I heard nightmares about ride quality so I got drop springs instead. :3
Also.. Does anyone have a Tactrix cable I can borrow? I'll pay a Fee if I have to? ^_^ I'm going to try flash my ECU with the pre-made roms that are tailored to my parts.

just picked up the evo today from the port. she's a lil scrapped up under the front bumper and needs a bath from the boat ride...
next on the list of things to do... safety inspection/registration/base decals... also hoping to find a nice garage for her to sleep in. 
as far as the safety inspection goes... where would be the best/less hassle place to get it done? otherwise i'd just be taking it to any gas station and hope they don't be too picky and strict.
other than that, when and where is the next meet? i'll be there if i can find the place.

Alright homies, I just purchased an Evo 8 today.
I need help really bad.
From what ive been told, I need a tune. Right now Its idling pretty rough and running rich. I feel like im driving a monster struck.
I dont know much at all about boosted cars, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
From what Flo told me is that I may have aftermarket cams, I need a tune, new spark plugs and good cleaning.
I need help really bad.

Kid, remember the X is a pig weight wise versus the 8/9! Read reviews on an X before you look into buying a specific brand...

The gr+ pro have a helper spring which will help in comfort... Unfortunately, I am on HKS hipermaxIII sport and they are far from soft.. But fortune auto may work for you... You need to just check around for reviews. Decide what's important... If its riding soft and not low, I would stay with what you have and spend the cash elsewhere
