Hey guys, sorry, its been a while since i was on here. I was in Cali for the past month. Any ways, thought i would give a heads up on the evo progress. Engine is all in, and we turned the key today.... Nothin. After doing some problem solving, we know that there is no fuel getting to the Fuel rail. So we are betting Relays. In the process of tring to find relays (thank you stealership for not bing open on weekends). any ways, we are confident that it will be running soon. Also, i would love if one of you could meet me sometime and let me see your engine bay. Wondering some things. so let me know!

you have a service manual... what more do you need in locating the damn thing. I am thinking that maybe the ground wire for your FP housing is either shorted or bad. Pull the fuel pump out and check the wires on the pump and the housing. use your super duper volt meter to see if it is getting a signal out.


More than likely i will call you before you see this, but its the thought that counts... BTW theres no need to lie and say you miss me... you miss my mechanics... you traded me for your GF... and by GF i am not referring to car...

 

Keep an eye out for stolen seats, double din setup from a local here. Anyone selling those items might need to explain how they got them.

 

We know its not the Fuel Pump, cuz remember ed? we took out your fuel pump and it didnt work either. So... it could be housing, but i already did the handy dandy volt meter thing and i am getting power to it. So we are figuring the relays. Seeing also how there are three fuel pump relays on evos.

 

TOUCHE... i cant believe that you would expect me to remember working on your car lmfao!!! if i remembered everytime i worked on your car, i would be einstein... atleast einstein... i will call you later, and tell you where my car is so you can pull and test...

 

So.. just needing the relay. And mitsu wants 62 buck for it and it wont be in till Next week. No thanks. Someone help!
