Las Vegas Evo's
i think IE really got under James nerves... When I first went to the meet.. all everyone was talking about was Dynoflash, Buschur this Buschur that, Vishnu, etc. I wanted to make my car unique and not the same as everyone.. so i went my own path on making my car basically into a Mut!. I waited on getting my car upgraded cause i wanted to see how everyone does with their setup.. Dynoflash didnt impress me with Juan's 12.9.. that I saw only once.. and hearing all this Alky kit and ECu flashes made me kinda sceptic about the whole Evo tuning.. I just want my car to go from point A to point B.. and do low 12s is all i want.. nothing more.. nothing less.. I understand I influenced some Evo drivers to go with Tuning Tech, but that is what they want to do and I didnt push them to get tune with TUning Tech.. they just saw my track numbers and Dyno sheet.. I'm not dissing on Trevtec or anything I'm just backing up Tuning Tech for the great work they did to my car.. the only problem I had when i got to Vegas was my boost was reading low.. once I got it set.. my runs was better.. I dont street race so your SOL with getting any $$$ out of me..

my car will be on 24psi with 100oct with the trevtec TOON and if you would like I will come down to the meet and race anyone of these evos that have just been tooned or tuned or not or whatever for money.
Im really disappointed in the way you guys are acting about this.
O and PS the minute my car came back from TT it ran like ****, THANK YOU AND HAVE A NICE DAY.
if you have any questions you all know how to get ahold of me.

Funny thing is, alot of us have always rooted for you and always supported you. Everytime we hear your gonna run at the track, the only reason we go is to support you. So for you to come on here and disrespect us is retarded. We are on your side.
I can understand you defending your friend, but there is no need for him to come on here, start trouble with us first, and then make is seem like we are out to get him. I'm gonna let him have it, just like I did to all the other guys who come here on this thread. Did it to IEEVO, Casey, and Sam just recently about his 500awhp paper weight. But when its Trevor's turn to feel my wrath, its not cool.
How can you came on here and say we are still slow when no one has run at the track since the tune?
Now you want to race us for money? Come on, get real.
If Trevor never started his s hit on here, we wouldn't be having this conversation right now.

thank u joe for showing us the way

I know you guys think you know what A/F you are running because of what it said while you were on TTs Dyno. But here is something you guys dont take into account. The dyno they use does not compensate for load, such as the weight of the vehicle, head wind, and also how often do you race your car through a swamp cooled Garage? So many variables change once you leave the dyno. Here is why your cars run as well as they do, sometimes. They were doing pump gas A/F around 11.3-11.5, and 100 octane tunes around 11.8. They tuned James car on 100 octane at 12.2-12.3, because we asked them to. Once we got back to town, it ran like total ***, popping and pulling timing. So I put my Innovate wind band on and did a couple street passes and of course, because of all the variables I mentioned, our A/F with the same settings they setup at TT was 13.2-13.5s. So I think its pretty safe to say you guys are all running alot leaner than you think which with some 100 or 109 might run pretty hard at night at the track but once the sun light comes out you guys are borderline blown up. If street tuning bothers you. which you really only need to go as fast as maybe 70mph to Datalog, The Mustang Dyno at HPHLV would be a much better option. There dyno does simulate load, and after we tuned on there dyno, we left and it checked out almost identicle on the street.

in IE's defense im sure his time would have been better, but his tranny was on its death bed. i drove his car right after his first street race wit james and u have to great-granny shift his car to get into each gear. his tranny was honestly very very beat up. i never would have image a tranny could get that bad.
but we dont put IE's time in with the rest of the evos the are fast here. james still owns the fastest 1/4 las vegas evo.
sh*t im not tuned yet but i got a lot of deciding to do when i finally get to that point. sh*t one of us stock turbo evo need to get tuned and HPH and see what numbers we put up compared to tuning tech. granted the dyno numbers most likely will be different do to different dynos.
that load stuff TREV was talking about made since. have any of u guyz read this about how dyno work....
Dyno_load vs inertia_1

Also if you are directing any comments about someone in particular, make sure you use their name. Then you won't get so much hate directed towards you. Or better yet pm the individual.
Did you notify TT what you found? If so, then what did they do to remedy the situation? Was money reembursed or refunded?
Now start posting like the man who claims to be the best EVO tuner in town and chill with the I'm better than thou attitude, cause obviously it doesn't sit quite so well with the majority of the owners here.
By the way, that turbo IEEVO had is still smaller than the one James got now, so your still comparing two different turbo's.

You should be the first. Get an SAFC II and get tuned over there. I'll hold your hand.
Yeah I know the differences of dynos and what not.
