Well being that i spun through 4th against the Porsche i'm sure it wasn't that close. For him having a modded AWD turbo Porsche against my little GT on street tires.....i can honestly say it wasn't that bad. I'd like to see the video to see how bad it looked. I can say that it was about 5 car lengths just from the launch (verified by my friends that were there) and it stayed that way pretty much the whole time. With traction at the power level i was at that night it would've been alot closer. But now that i'm back to normal it should be a reverse of that night.

Have him take me up on it but don't wait too long. This weekend is gonna be my tuning weekend so after that it won't be pretty. My AEM is tuned by me right now and i'm not an expert but this weekend the guy who wrote the software is gonna be tickling the keys. The meth kit will get dialed in and the 75 shot backup will also be dialed in. It should be interesting to say the least.

Just so you know i'm just talking smack. I'm not trying to be a jerk at all. I'm not the typical Mustang guy in case your thinking that. I've got quite a few cars of all ranges and the Mustang is my girls daily driver if that helps at all. I have alot of respect for Evo's and have before they were even available here.

I'll be out at the track this Friday helping with the Virtual Works Supra. You guys should come out and run for the test n tune. We'll hopefully be running some low 8's if everything goes well.

Im not saying the Mustang cant be fast, just would like a good straite story.

 

Hmm, running a mustang with high boost on race gas and drag radials doesnt sound like a normal street setup to me and not what you normally run as a daily driver.
