That's wg boost. You should be anywhere around 17-20psi

make sure your boost line isn't pinched or sitting under anything....and if all else fails, raise the boost, and if you can't raise the boost, then yes its running @ 11. I know when I first did mines i was running @ 13.

bleh valley fire so far..
