A buddy of mine has a Dakota that he runs at MM. He says his tires were checked at least 5 different times during the night. He runs DOT slicks, and they were all over him saying that his tires weren't legal.... they eventually let him run though. They did not bother him one bit about his nitrous...just his tires. Otherwise, he said they checked his battery tie down, and his coolant overflow bottle. That's it. I should have the evo all buttoned up by the next track night, so we'll see how that goes.

 

ok how about feb 21, that gives everybody enough time to plan i think, unless someone else has a better date. what do u guys think ?

does anyone know that the front o2 sensor form evo 8 same as in the evo 9 ? can i use front o2 sensor from 8 put it in the 9 ,will it fit ?

It will work. I had a front o2 from a 9 on my 35r setup and there were no issues. You will be fine.
