I'm not saying the stock ecu is bad, I'm saying its backwards in the sense that you'd be selling a perfectly good premium ecu (albiet a bit more intricate to work with) to go to a stock ecu. You'd be attempting to fix what isn't broken essentially. But its your car

No, for sure. I usually wouldn't be doing such a thing, if it weren't for a 1400 dollar clutch I need to buy, since my reverse nearly doesn't work at all.

If I sell that off, I'd be able to grab the clutch and if I could get a good tune on the stock ecu for e-85, i'd be good! I mean hey, I was planning on getting a tune anyways right?

Speaking of which, you don't have the hook ups to stock tune an ecu do ya? You know I like going through you for all my work.

I went through 1/4 tank of gas in that trip, which was only like 35 miles. Also, I can smell gas when it is running. I looked and it isn't leaking fuel anywhere. It's been parked for the better part of 2 hours and the concrete underneath is bone dry.

The only thing I did differently is I went to Chevron instead of Rebel to fill up. It's not doing anything differently, no bucking, stumbling, rough idle or hesitation; it's just going through gas like a ****.

Any ideas what I should check first?
Crazy, cause on Saturday I filled up at a Shell, different location then my usual fill up spots, and the following day I was getting the gas smell inside. Checked for leaks, anything lose and no dice.
