Las Vegas Evo's
Happy birthday, John
Corey, you didn't strip the threads, right?
Yeah, once you put on a downpipe and the bolts are not factory tight anymore, switching then is a snap. It took 20 minutes to swap out the Buschur back to the OEM. If heat is an issue, maybe just run the downpipe in the fall and winter months, then swap it back in April.
Oh, check out boost solutions. They have an HKS BOV specific for the evo which replaces the upper intercooler hose and has the BOV built right onto the new pipe section and comes with nice hose clamps. Put that on my list.

Yes, i guess the HKS catback can be loud in combo with a downpipe. The stock muffler baffles the sound pretty well.
Alex, my gains must be better since I have the catback, but you should still feel gains with it. How is the drivability? Do you feel loss at the low end? I did. others say they did not. Who knows.

Here is the info
Meeting Point:
Chevron/McDonalds at Warm Springs/Las Vegas Blvd. (by Belz Mall)
Time:
9:00am
Route:
Up over the Summit (160). We will be turning left before pahrump, and going towards Shoshone. Past Shoshone is a turnoff for the long way to Furnace Creek. In Furnace Creek we will get some lunch (there's scenic stuff on the way, and we'll stop at the lowest point in DV).
After Furnace Creek, we'll head up to Dante's View so we can get some tight uphill twisties in. The view is over all of death valley, and is over 5k feet.
From there, we will probably head back to the 160, and then back into Pahrump.
This really should be an all day drive, and you can get back home faster if you skip lunch and don't do Dante's View.

Alex did you gtech it for gains, you ****ing loser!
Anyway I volunteered to work the Sam's Club 300 today. It was cool to see the cars flying past at 200mph+, but the noise if ****ing irritating. It was cool for like 30 seconds. I dont understand how people can sit there for 3 hours without hearing protection, and watch inbred rednecks race in circles. Not really entertaining. I had more fun at the strip freezing my boys off.
Happy B-day John. Now your that much closer to my age. Enjoy being 23 cause 24 flies by then your 25 like me. That's how it felt for me. Hey atleast you not going gray.

Yeah, man went to NASCAR a couple years ago and was bored after the 3rd lap. Took 3 hours to get home. My dad wanted to go. That *** Jeff Gordon won. That was the year Dale Earnhardt died just a couple weeks prior. Everyone was crying at his souvenier truck.
I'd rather watch the midnight drags for a few bucks.
