Of course u can run straight 109 but do 100 oct and see how that does. All the 109 is going to do is make ur car run a lil smoother and ensure that no timing gets pulled from slight knock that is at acceptable level but takes power in order to protect ur engine. This will give u a lil more power by ensuring that timing stays intact and u should run a lil stronger .
