best lancer meet to date IMO, did anybody get an actual count? It was awesome seeing everyone there and all the tight rides. that evo III was off the hook, had some SRT-4 guys show up too, which is always cool!! Nice meeting you all even though I know most of you already, also thanks to troie and stew for making the trek all the way down here!!

It was hard to get a final count, as some left before others arrived, but I believe we had a total of 47 Evos, Lancers, and Mirages!!! I think this was broken down into 5 Evos, 35 Lancers, and 7 Mirages. We also had 3 SRTs drop by. This is by far the largest meet we have ever had

that's right, the $800 car that beat half of the Lancers on the drag strip.

 

i think I also saw a 240sx a 1g RX-7 (which was sweet) and an evo III!!!

 

I'd like to say thanks for the kick *** meet, good first impresion for a new member. I cant wait for the next one.

 

next one is tentatively scheduled for November 15, so mark your calendars and ask for the day off work, and we'll keep you posted.

 

Did anybody see the magazine people there? After I got home last night it occured to me that no magazine people were there taking pics, etc. It was a fun meet anyway, had a blast.

 

I don't think they showed. It's weird, because someone told Rob if he couldn't get the "crew" out there, he would come himself. We were also supposed to get a Mitsu rep showing up, too. Oh well, they're missing out, and we'll keep getting support from people who want the reognition. Which means:

Was a good meet and educational, it was nice to see th RR Evo all decked out ready for race preparations.

 

This was the best meet ever! I enjoyed meeting new ppl and joking around with you guys. These meets just get better and better. THanks for showing up, i know some of you come from far places like San Fran. Cayacos, San Diego....anyhow thanks.
