Reno Area anybody?
Anybody know of a place that buys DVD's? I've got a **** ton that I just want to get rid of as I'm trying to move the movies I still want to Blu-Ray. Suncoast won't take all of mine. Let me know if you guys know anything.
Well Fallon is out; now after the cam install and tuning it my crank angle sensor went bad. The worse thing about it was I was going 80mph on the freeway and my engine just stopped. What freak things happen out of the blue. I had it towed to allison Mitsubishi and they ran the codes on it and it came up with crank angle sensor. They dont have the part in stock and Mitsubishi would not help with a rent a car. It might not be their problem but warranty I thought should at least help pay for it.
The BC 272 cams are awesome so for they have good midrange and top end over stock. It pulled real hard at about 4000rpm to 8000rpms. It feels really good. I would recommend them for the money.

Good to know about the cams. You may want to give a formal review as there are a few people here on the forums that I've read are interested in the BC cams, but afraid to try them. Also aren't they fairly inexpensive compared to the GSC's and HKS. GSC's aren't bad, but the HKS's are close to 650 or more for a set.
i heard the reason they're cheap is that they're produced in china. people have had mixed results with them. a guy i know lost power and ran like crap on his IX checked, double checked everything, then put the stocker on and all the problems went away. then again, i've seen people get some good gains from them.

Wow, that sucks about your Evo MR_EVO. At least nothing worse happened to your engine. Are they covering anything under warranty? I would be pleasantly surprised if they did.
I'm all about budget parts, but for internal components like cams, I think it is worthwhile to put in some quality parts. Cheap ones may work for a little while, but I'd imagine it won't hold up over time. Even on my POS talon I'm putting in HKS 272s because I don't want to skimp on quality there.

I'm thinking about selling my carbon trunk if there is any interest. Its a VIS and its in very good condition. The guy I bought it from basically put it on his car and decided not to keep it. I bought it from him and its been sitting here in my apartment and I've been thinking it may not be the right route for me. If anyones interested let me know.
I have a good friend at Mitsu and they don't know about the cams. So yes they are covering the crank angle sensor and also I did not take anything off besides the valve cover. It only took three hours. I will write a review when I get it back from Mitsu. on Monday or Tuesday. I didn't replace the studs. I was getting HKS 272 but the guy flaked. So I got these cams and a steal of a deal (only $220 shipped). They pull so hard at midrange and top end. It feels like have race gas. I can't wait to tune it on Race gas. Oh so fun.
Get a hold of Simon he might be interested in the trunk if it is priced right or me too but depends on price. PM a price Tripper.
