Thats about what I have to do to make a turn on the tight *** streets here in Reno

My price range would probably be around 3k or so. I'm not looking for the best money can buy. It will be my 1st bike, so I need something fairly small (600) to learn on. I was actually looking at the new Ninja 250R. I know its a really small engine, but you can get one new for 5k OTD and its still considered a Superbike. I wont know 100% if I can afford one until 2009, but if the right deal come around I could probably work something out.

 

Hey guys...so I'm looking for a fast stock ECU tune. Will be taking it down to the bay once I upgrade turbo for a dyno tune but for now I am just looking for something else in the mean time. I spoke with DJSGTRIP on the Nolimit forums who will do it for 50, and have heard very good things about his tunes. Any other suggestions or should I roll with this?

 

Nevermind, it seems just a couple pages ago you guys were raving about Simon, so I will go get this done before the autox weekend. Is anyone else going to the event at stead? I think I am doing the saturday class then the sunday event. Would be nice to cruise out with some other peeps rather than alone. Let me know!

 

I won't be able to make it. Let us know how the tune works out. I'm having Modified (J.erk) tune my car since they are doing everything else and they have done great tunes as well. Also be wary of getting tuned at Sea Level and coming back here to Reno. I got tuned for 91 back in GA and the car ran like crap!!! Its still not perfect, but will be soon

 

Just got my Evo tuned by Simon. Definately recommend him to anyone who has not tried him out yet. Huge noticable improvments just from highway driving. Will test it on the track this weekend. Thanks alot Simon.

 

+1 on Djstrip's work. Im also in line for a road tune next week with him. Good for maxed out bolt ons.

Unfortunately no. I still have to order my intercooler, cams, and headstuds. I'm going to hold off on my meth kit, so I can go ahead and get a new HDTV. I need to get use to the cams and new turbo 1st

Thank man! Its a Megan Racing mani. Its just been coated to withstand 2000 degrees. The mani. apparently makes some good gains, but it has problems with cracking when water hits it when hot, so the friend I bought it off of had it coated.
