Yeah he's my buddy. That car is sweet. I believe he put forester suspension on it to get it that high.

 

I had somebody do that to me at weber state that I didn't know. I had to get in my passenger door. They are lucky I didn't put my foot into every one of their door panels.

Option 1. Got out of it and over half of what I still owed on it (about 13k) and "downgraded" to an 07 Cooper S.

While we're on the topic, I need opinions on wheels and I don't know wheels all that well (except that Volks are over priced and Enkei Racing wheels rock, but I can afford neither). There are a few I'm thinking about for use as summer wheels on this bad boy.

Does anyone have opinions on Focal, Kazera or Motegi? Also Sparco, and Enkei's "lower end" brand of Enkei Performance?

As long as they weigh less than 25 lbs I don't care much, apparently the factory wheels are beasts (most weigh from 22-26 lbs, including the 16" ones).

Here are the ones I'm thinking of the most since I know Enkei is a good brand, though there are some really cool Motegis for a decent bit less.

Oh no more STI Sad. I want a white one... I am just a sucker for Wagons/ Hatchbacks lol. Well A cooper s isn't a bad down grade. Wheels I would go with Enkie out over most brands and they are not to bad and actually a much better deal than some slightly cheaper ones for the quality you are getting with Enkie.

 

I love hatchbacks why i picked one on my save $ downgrade and rather then a Honda went with the euro Honda vw haha and at least it's boosted

 

I'd go with the enkei's. They are strong and lightweight. I might be selling some nt03+m's, but idk if the mini is 5x114.3..

 

It's 4x100. And I have some NT03+Ms that I am selling. So it won't help me anyway. I know Enkei Racings are strong, I wondered about their "lower end" brands Enkei Performance and Enkei Tuning.

 

So I was driving north on I15 last week. I saw a grey EVO X with carbon trunk and hood. Has "Muellerized" stickers all over it and a MMP track map on the back window. I am guessing he has been to the track, but I have never seen him before.

Anyways it made me think of this forum, thought I would drop in to say hi......

I was at Miller this last weekend helping out some clients. Not running crew as I normally do, but as an independent contractor working on a couple different race cars. So I actually had some time to watch the race from a DIFFERENT spot then the pit box and walk around and enjoy the weekend. It was fun. Sorry for the low grade camera.
