Ha, I took the kids cookie cutting last night in the jeep...hours of fun

 

WOW You got some snow for sure! I got nothing at my house I didn't have to clean off my car, roads where mostly clear with a little water on the ground and no accidents. WTF is my snow

I did some cookies and noodling around in a parking lot last night RWD, Snow tires and M power is a good combination

 

We are holding another WinterX tomorrow, should be fun. One of the guys down at Miller Motorsports Park's Mustang Garage posted this last night. This should be the big snow event a lot of people have been waiting for!

 

Whenever it snows I go play around in it last night after the gym at one in the morning I pretty much had my own rally track out on the roads.

 

Up late last night and a commercial came on about A/C Oder and such. So I thought wonder when the last time my cabin air filter was changed.

I checked it and SWEET JEZUS!!!! That thing had bugs leaves and rocks. I shook it and black dust and such flew out lol.

Changed it and the air flow coming from the vents is better. It was also quieter as well.

Moral of the story.... Check your cabin filter!! Unless you have an 03 evo. Then do the easy mod and install a filter lol.

To the black evo on purple or blue wheels that has been doing pulls down my block all week in south provo please stop. The cops just showed up at my house and questioned me for reckless endangerment for about a half hour. Its bad enough that I get pulled over monthly for mistaken identity, but to have them at my house because a neighbor called believing it was me isn't cool at all.

Haven't been on here in a while but glad to see some of you guys are taking advantage of the snow! I know I did in my S60R

 

I just bought (in July) an 03 Gsr and saw this post about the 03's not having cabin filters. I went and picked up a filter yesterday morning assuming I would be cleaning up a nasty dusty mess. Luckily for me, one of the previous owners had already put one in . So I swapped it out in all of about 90 seconds and this is what came out.

On an unrelated note pretty sure I blew my motor last night...

 

Ouch ^^ what happened?

 

Just driving, came around the corner at about 75% throttle for about 2 seconds. Then heard a bang now when it sits at idle there is a very load bang around 3 times a second. Sounds like its coming from the inside of the motor. Had to get it towed home. When I get a sec I'm going to pull the plugs and see if I can see any damage and go from there.
