Dallin, engine build looks nice. I bet it feels good knowing you'll be back in an Evo soon

Does anybody have a set of CHRA-to-turbine housing bolts and washers/plates? I'm about to order a set from ATP but I'm not sure if they're going to fit my turbo configuration. Looks like AGP didn't torque the bolts that came installed enough. Two are just plain missing now and so is that corresponding plate.

Thanks and yes it does feel nice to know that I will have a driving Evo again soon I have had at least one Evo at any given time for the last 7 years except for the few months this spring when I though I was buying a house and sold my last Evo to get into one Driving Evo is another story Probably only had a driving Evo for half of that time. The rest of the time its been a project sitting in a garage or shop somewhere This one is already going on 5 months since I bought it of sitting so I am trying to get it done in the next few weeks. I really don't want this to keep dragging on

A- bought a car in pieces that has been sitting for multiple years

B-the driver for the primary O2 is dead

C-I question the fuel pump, the tank needs to be drained & cleaned.

Quick question guys, Im looking to get a tune this spring and im going to be going with a cat delete, my question is I was wondering how "doable" is it to have 2 switchable ecu maps I know that its possible but how plausible is it. Im looking to have one map that I can run with the with out and make power with and then have another map set so I can throw the cat back and calm the car down to stock like when it comes time to pass emissions. I just don't want to have to pay to tune the car twice a year for emissions. Just a thought I had, if anyone else has a better solution im all ears.

PM josh Gearhead like two posts up. He's tuned quite few guys around here. As far the emmsions thing talk to him you will probably only need one tune, doing dual map tunes is easy to do. But alot of people only do them to switch between octanes of gas or for an e85 map switch. If your only going to be using 91 octane the best way to "calm the tune" is not to drive hard.

Can Mr Jones and I at least get a golf clap for exhibit A? (bringing a dead Evo back to life and doing it proper. I found it... BJ Did the rest with his whispering skills.

If this is a daily driven car please keep the cat on, you probably won't even notice a power increase with a test pipe.

Use dual maps for W/I.

Yeah, no need for test pipe on a daily driver; just get a high flow cat with a *proper tune*. The power difference will be slight.
