Just curious to know if any of you kids know the details on the built black Evo on KSL from Oregon. Seems like a great deal, my time is hard to handle so I haven't been able to look at it. I'm surprised it hasn't sold if it indeed has all the great go fast parts.

Well it's been a long on-going process lol. From the time I hit the wall, to the first time back on track (not painted/etc) was from Fall to Spring. I could have done it faster, but full time work and school make it difficult. Also just stock doors, gutted, not CF.

Yes that was me! Front diff exploded Thursday night lol. Had lots of help from friends and the guys at ziptie to use their lift/tools to get it all done quickly. Me, Alex, and my friend Tigh had the motor out in 1.5 hours. The next day I was at work so the other two got the new trans picked up, installed, and tuned in order to get me to the track Friday night for my annual tech inspection. It was a crazy couple of days.

 

Hmm didn't see any black evo's from Oregon on ksl but definitely a few built evo's on there hell of a time to be in the market for one they all seem very well built, mods wise I like the red one with the MAP engine and twinscroll gt40 quick spool valve mmm.. Lol also that built silver one running a hta35 is sick guys name is rob don't know him personally but know the car from the forums here very clean.

Is your race this weekend or was it last? I was working last weekend so I was not 100% sure as to what was going out at the track.

Yes lots of nice Evo's up right now. I know Rob personally and he is a great guy. That car is very well built and very well taken care of. Car only getting a few thousand miles a year put on it and he has owned it for about 3-4 years if I remember correctly.

The Red car is also another well built car. Use to belong to anther friend and is a clean one as well.

I hope these cars go to good owners and ones that can handle the power these two monsters make

Anyone interested in swapping exhausts?! I have a Buscher TBE and not a fan of the sound. Don't need the lightest exhaust on the market, i'd prefer a tone that doesn't bug me. LMK!
