Is the ultimate racing hfc ca legal? if not is there any.

 

Uhmmm, no! You cant even touch the thing until it fails, then you have to get another stock one. Move to another state

 

Only parts that are legal have a C.A.R.B. number. EVO 8/9 is literally 4 bolts tho so who cares?

i passed smog with rre hfc on last yr

 

I plan on getting my car tune with licp, intake, exhaust, downpipe. want to get a hfc cat but will it be worth it. been pull over before chp checked my stock intake,stock intercooler pipe, and tanabe exhaust. i dont remember him checking my cat. he did do a sound test on my exhaust. had paperwork saying my exhaust was legal.
