I'd help you out with whatever I can but gearhead is close to you and hes been looking into this for probably longer then myself. If you wanna do it the simple & easy way you can just use the mac valve for failsafe. I'd have to have a 91oct tune for 30+psi 
if I were to do alt map switching cuz I'm not using ecu controlled boost and not going to anytime soonfor that alt map switching

This is all (good) news to me about the map switching!!! I also have my doubts that Works will give me a high and low boost map I can toggle between... anyone here know if Ficker would do that if I went to him for a tune? I suppose if I wanted to worry about the tune down the road I could just put a boost controller on and just crank it up with the meth if nothing else... hmmm I really like the idea of toggling maps though!
I go to the bar last night and I DD for my roommate so no drinks and I'm pulling out of parking lot behind a cop and down the road he pulls over to side of road. I pass him and then he goes behind me and follows me for a bit, I turn off one road to the main road heading towards my house and the bastard is trying to be sneaky and act like he wasn't but tailing me from a far. I wanted him to pull me over so bad cuz I didn't have a drop of alcohol in me and was going the speed limit. Stupid ****er eventually pulled off, I'm not sure what in the **** is up with yesterday but cops were everywhere pulling over tonz of ppl so I'm not even opening up the evo I'll probably get pulled over for exhaust noise

LOL were you at the "One & Only"
I highly doubt they would do that as the ROM is significantly modified by a private individual & they wont want to be liable for anything. I talked to Oliver a while back about the open source stuff & he jokingly said that they love it......they're looking forward to supplying parts for broken evos

The Starbucks in Layton had alot of hot coeds working on Saturdays nights when I was still in the states, but that might be too far of a drive for all you f****** down south

I loaned mine to my brother because he was having brake trouble and he said there was a 911 on i-15 he was cruisin with. This would have been after midnight I'd guess... Thats hilarious. Dunno if he was trying to race exactly though. We grew up in a porsche family - when our dad was still alive he was president of the PCA intermountain region. We just like seeing them around, probably just wanted to keep up for a bit. He is a pretty good driver though - AND WE'VE BOTH SEEN INITAL D SO WE KNOW HOW TO HEEL TO LOLZ.
Fwiw mines a black IX SE - he would have had a passenger with him too I believe.
